TCP Analytical, a Private-Equity backed group of speciality chemical and life science manufacturing organizations, were investing in several of their US site’s GMP manufacturing capabilities and specialist salesforce to drive new pharmaceutical business, and required support to recruit several new skilled professionals.

The Solution

Working with TCP Analytical's HR leader, Mason Harding were exclusively engaged on our partnership model to staff five key roles across EHS, Site leadership, Chemical sales, Life Science sales and payroll. Ahead of launching the search campaign, we helped with real time salary benchmarking and job profile refinement.

The Outcome

Mason Harding worked as a vested business partner with multiple stakeholders across TCP Analytical over a 6-month period, successfully filling each requirement and delivering the following results:

· A total of 5 skilled professionalswere identified and onboarded across sites in Charlotte NC and Pittsburgh PA asper the brief; each recruited within a 3–4-week timeline,with ongoing staff retention at 100%post-placement.

· Each key position was filled within the requiredproject window and enabled key scaling milestones to be met.
