Countable Labs, a disruptive provider of single molecule counting PCR, were ready to hire several key positions across field sales and logistic operations to drive early adoption of their platform and ensure shipping readiness. Roles included Sales Development, Account Managers, Field Applications and Logistics Management.

The Solution

After a detailed briefing with the CEO, Mason Harding were exclusively engaged to recruit four key positions, working on our multi-hire model.

The Outcome

Working closely with the CEO and VP of Operations, Mason Harding successfully placed each requisition within 3-4-weeks turn around time, enabling key commercial milestones to be met such as the close and successful shipping of Countable's first commercial order.
