Broken string Biosciences, a novel genomics platform company enabling safer and more effective cell and gene therapy development, were seeking support to scale their bioinformatics department ahead of commercial roll out.

The Solution

Following a referral from one of Broken String’s Advisors, Mason Harding were exclusively engaged on our partnership model to scale their bioinformatics department.

The Outcome

Collaborating with the Head of Bioinformatics over a period of 12 months, we successfully delivered on the project, attaining the following results:

A total of 6 bioinformatic experts successfully identified and onboarded ranging from specialist to senior management level, with 100% staff retention.
The fully operational team collectively contributed to commercial readiness of a bioinformatic visualization platform, now in customer use
